Inn-eaux-vate Fall 2025 Pitch Competition!

Dr. Josh Bendickson, Endowed Chair in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, is excited to announce the 2025 Inn-eaux-vate Pitch Comptetition. This year's competition will include more than $30,000 in prize money, with $10,000 going to the overall winner. The goals of the competition are to provide an opportunity for students to pitch business ideas to a panel of UL Lafayette alumni judges....and to possible earn seed money to help them start, commercialize and scale their business innovations.

Timeline and How to Apply

Open to students from all majors (individual or team entries are welcome)

Submit a proposal (500-1,000 words) plus a short video (2-3 minutes)

Application Due: October 13, 2025

Finalists announced and paired with mentors: October 20, 2025

Final Pitch: November 20, 2025 (3:00 - 5:30 PM at Opportunity Machine)
