Dr. Vanessa Hill, Interim Head, Department of Management

Dr. Kathy Hsu, Associate Professor of Accounting

Ms. Mary Luquette, Master Instructor of Finance

Ms. Daniela Rodriguez-Campos, Graduate Student Representative

Dr. Geoff Stewart, Head, Department of Marketing

Ms. Margaret Trahan, President/CEO, United Way of Acadiana

In identifying candidates for the University to consider, the search committee is expected to:

• Develop attributes and qualifications desired in the next Dean
• Conduct a national search to recruit a large and diverse pool of well-qualified applicants
• Ensure potential candidates receive information about the University
• Screen all nominations and applications based on the characteristics identified
• Develop interview processes and arrange finalists for on-campus interviews
• Select and interview those candidates who present the strongest qualifications
• Collect and assess feedback from University stakeholders
• Maintain objectivity and confidentiality during all points of the process
• Submit to the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs for recommendations, thoughts, and final approval.
