Office of Information Systems & Multimedia Laboratories'

The main goal of the Office of Information Systems & Multimedia Laboratories (ISM) is to serve the computing needs of FG Mouton & Moody Hall users.  Our users are faculty, staff, and students.  Our goal is to provide the best service possible, while being polite and conscientious.  ISM operates in 3 areas: Manager's Office located in MX 100E; Solution Center in MX 117; and our print service area (PSA) in FG Mouton 108.

ISM Manager's Office

Mr. Keith Guillory is the manager of ISM.  His office also has a PC workshop staffed with 6 graduate students.  The Office of ISM is responsible for maintaining all STEP funded instructional classrooms and computer labs located in Moody and FG Mouton Halls.

The Solution Center

Our solution center functions as a satellite helpdesk office where students, faculty, and staff can finds answers to their IT related questions and concerns.

Print Service Area

The Office of ISM supports two open STEP computer labs located in FG Mouton 106 & 112.  These labs have a print service area (PSA) located in FG Mouton 108.  The PSA is staffed with undergraduate students and supported by ISM's graduate students.
