Students currently holding an MBA degree will be allowed to complete the Health Care Administration courses and receive a "Certificate of Training in Health Care Administration." This will certify that the student has received graduate training in Health Care Administration and, correspondingly, have upgraded their MBA degree.
Students who complete the entire 15 hour Health Care Administration sequence course work and two internships will be awarded a Certificate in Health Care Administration from UL Lafayette and have their UL Lafayette transcript so noted.
To enroll in the courses, those with an MBA:
- Must apply to the Graduate School for admission to the Certification in Health Care Administration program.
- Must submit official transcripts verifying the MBA degree (letters of recommendation and GMAT scores will not be required).
- Must pay all required fees.
- Must maintain a program file in the MBA office and complete the same advising and registration procedures as those in the MBA Program.
