Burdin Speaker Series

The B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration welcomes the public to the next Burdin Speaker Series event, B Corps: Using Business as a Force for Good, on Thursday, April 14 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Moody Hall, Room 103.

The event will feature keynote speaker Hardick Savalia, Senior Associate of Standards for B Lab, the non-profit that certifies and supports B Corporations. He oversees the development of the B Impact Assessment, an online tool used by 40,000+ businesses in measuring their company's impact on society and the environment.

Prior to joining B Lab, Savalia worked for the Urban Affairs Coalition in Philadelphia. He is an Enviromental Leadership Program Fellow and business alumnus from Boston University.

This event is free, open to the public, and made possible by a partnership with the J.J. & Helen Burdin/BORSF Regents Professorship in Ethics. Public parking is suggested at the Girard Park Circle Garage or E.K. Long parking lot.
